Temperature controller specification

Model Vc1 & 2 is a temperature switch / temperature protector controlled by bimetallic sheet; the inner part is a low resistance circuit with gold-plated contacts, which is suitable for the overheat protection of small household appliances, power tools and batteries requiring constant temperature function.

Main features:

The contact design of gradually opening and closing has a small temperature difference, which can maintain a constant temperature; the silver contact material plus gold plating on the surface can be used for low voltage / small current electrical appliances;
The bimetallic material with lower resistance value is used to ensure the normal circuit requirements;
The temperature is pre-set before delivery, which is used for the control of a single temperature range;
The switch shell is over-current, which can be directly used for welding electric lead or nickel sheet, and can also be used with external bushing insulation;
Generally, when the temperature rises, the circuit (normally closed) is disconnected, and the model is Vc1;
The circuit (normally open) can be selected when the temperature rises, and the model is vc1-r;

DC 12V / 8 A ; DC 24V / 8 A

Temperature and tolerance range:

Customers can choose VC action from 45 ℃ to 120 ℃;
Vc2 was used from 5 ℃ to 150 ℃;
Temperature tolerance: ± 1 ℃, ± 3 ℃, ± 5 ℃, ± 8 ℃. Three kinds of tolerances are available for customers to choose, generally ± 5 ℃ and ± 8 ℃

Certification:

UL and c-ul certification; (more than 60000 service life)
It meets the requirements of EU ROHS environmental protection directive (2002 / 95 / EC Directive).
